Based on five Korean reviews of shade 27, with original-source photos. Koriway has not personally tested this tint.

Three reviewers, three different experiences
Color and shine
Light coral/apricot color and a juicy finish appealed to this reviewer. Sweet scent and tackiness were the drawbacks.

After the color settles
The store tester persuaded this reviewer to buy it, but the colour looked darker later. They still enjoyed combining it with another tint.

Wear and staining
This reviewer liked the pale, natural-looking color worn alone or as a base. A light stain and modest lasting power were the trade-off.

A soft coral, with pink and apricot descriptions
The Naver writer sees light coral and apricot; another reviewer notices pink within the coral. A third likes its pale, warm appearance worn alone or underneath another colour. The common appeal is a softer-looking lip. If you want a deep, saturated statement shade, these descriptions point in a different direction. Naver color notes · UNPA coral/pink notes · UNPA pale-shade notes.

For this shade, lip photos are particularly helpful: look at how sheer or built-up the colour appears, and whether the writer has added another tint. A pale base under a second product gives a different finished look from #27 worn alone.

A fresh tester can look lighter than the colour you keep
One writer liked the fresh tester enough to buy it, then found the colour darker later. Another reported no colour change. For buyers seeking a very pale finish, that difference is more useful than the shade name alone: the later appearance deserves as much attention as the first swipe. At a designated hand tester, compare the fresh swatch with another look before checkout, using the same lighting and number of layers. Pair that with a lip swatch in a review so you can see how the shade looks as a finished lip colour.
Enjoy the gloss, but plan to reapply
The Naver writer praises the juicy finish but describes ordinary wear and reapplication. Two UNPA accounts also report modest lasting power or a light stain. The reason to choose #27 is its soft, glossy look; lasting power is the compromise in these accounts. It suits a routine where refreshing your lip colour is acceptable better than a search for minimal-touch-up wear. Naver · UNPA wear notes · UNPA stain notes.

A remaining stain is the colour left after the surface finish fades. It can help the lips keep some colour, but refreshing the glossy look is a separate task. Our glossary explains the Korean words reviewers use for colour payoff, staining and lasting power. Korean review glossary.
The glossy finish, in motion
Watch the bright highlight move as the wrist tilts. This close-up makes the shiny surface easier to judge than the bottle colour alone.
The sweet scent and tacky feel may matter as much as the colour
The Naver writer likes the colour but dislikes the sticky feel and a scent they describe as sweet and artificial. Another UNPA writer enjoys the scent. If sweet-smelling lip products already bother you, that criticism is a concrete reason to put #27 lower on your shortlist. If you enjoy them, focus more on the colour and wear descriptions. Lip discomfort is also part of the wider product-line discussion. rom&nd published a ZERO development notice in August 2025 and a follow-up in February 2026 covering refunds, ZERO feedback and further testing. ZERO is a separately identified product. If you have reacted to a lip product before, check the ingredients of the exact version you are considering; the shade photographs describe appearance, not how your lips will tolerate it.
What to expect from Honey Dew Melon 27
| Feature | What the shade reviews describe |
|---|---|
| Colour and finish | Soft coral with a glossy finish. Writers describe apricot, pink-coral and a pale warm shade; one uses it alone or as a base. Its appeal is a gentle-looking lip rather than a deep statement colour. |
| Colour after settling | A very pale result is worth a second look. One writer found the shade darker later; another reported no change. Compare a settled tester with the fresh swipe if lightness is your main reason for choosing it. |
| Wear and staining | Expect to refresh the finish. Modest wear and a light stain recur in the accounts. A small amount of colour left behind is different from keeping the original shine. |
| Scent and texture | A sweet scent, with a tackiness complaint. One writer disliked both; another enjoyed the scent. Buyers who already avoid sweet fragrance have a clearer reason to choose a different tint. |
