Olive Young Korea vs Global vs US: Which Store Should You Use?

Looking at OLIVE YOUNG Korea, Global and US and wondering which one you need, or whether Olive Young Global ships to your destination? Choose by delivery destination first. OLIVE YOUNG Global ships internationally to the destinations it lists, and the familiar green branding covers different storefronts, with different stock, memberships and return routes.

Start with US for an eligible US address, Global for another supported destination, and the Korean site or local store when shopping in Korea. That small decision saves a lot of comparing products you cannot actually order.

Which address should you open?

OLIVE YOUNG US serves its supported US destinations. OLIVE YOUNG Global serves destinations offered by that platform. The Korean website is useful for Korean-market products and local shopping.

Check the domain and selected delivery country as soon as a search result opens. English text or a dollar price alone does not identify the service. A Korean release appearing online also does not mean it is available on Global or US.

Visiting Korea? Decide whether you will carry the purchase home or arrange delivery during your stay. For a hotel delivery, confirm that the accommodation accepts parcels and that the delivery timing works for your dates.

Olive Young Global shipping: where it ships, free-shipping minimum and delivery times

Every OLIVE YOUNG Global order ships from Korea. The store’s shipping page (version 1.9, published August 19, 2026) lists delivery to more than 60 countries through DHL, FedEx, UPS, LX Pantos and EMS, with free shipping on orders of US$60 or more for most destinations; Taiwan’s minimum is US$35 and Japan’s is ¥3,900. Below the minimum, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout for your address and parcel, and Olive Young notes the final cost can differ from the first estimate. The site states that it does not ship to the 50 US states or D.C.; US addresses use OLIVE YOUNG US, covered in the next section.

Taxes and duties are not included in product prices or shipping fees. For the United Kingdom (VAT and duties may be charged on orders over £135), Norway, Australia, Singapore and EU countries they are collected at purchase; for Canada (VAT may be charged on orders over CA$20) and Israel (duties may be charged over US$75) they are charged on delivery, sometimes with a local courier fee. The page also warns that delivery estimates can slip.

Quick answers on Global shipping

Does Olive Young Global ship to Canada? Yes. The shipping page lists Canada with delivery estimated at 5–7 days, free shipping on orders of US$60 or more, and Canadian VAT that may be charged on delivery for orders over CA$20.

Does Olive Young ship from Korea? Yes. All Global orders are shipped from Korea. The US store is a separate service with its own US fulfillment, explained below.

How much is Olive Young Global shipping? Free on orders of US$60 or more for most countries (US$35 for Taiwan, ¥3,900 for Japan). Under that, the fee for your address appears at checkout; the public page does not list flat rates.

US shoppers now have a separate service

The US terms, updated August 24, 2026, explicitly ended Global purchases for US delivery. CJ’s launch announcement described a dedicated US online store with California fulfillment. OLIVE YOUNG Global’s current site notice says it does not ship to the 50 US states or D.C., and its shipping page no longer lists the United States in its destination table; use the US storefront for the US service.

Shipping details rechecked October 9 listed $6.95 standard shipping, free from $35 in products after discounts and points, before tax. Dispatch was normally one to two business days, followed by transit of up to five business days for the contiguous states or up to nine for Alaska and Hawaii. These are estimates, so allow room around a fixed deadline.

The US service excludes territories, international destinations, PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Global’s destination menu listed Puerto Rico, Guam and other territories on October 9; shoppers there should select the actual destination on Global and confirm item eligibility at checkout.

Products identified as hazardous, including certain aerosols, alcohol-based products and nail polish, are restricted to the contiguous 48 states. An Alaska or Hawaii address being supported does not make every item eligible.

Compare the full item, not just its headline price

A single tube, twin pack and set with a mini can look very similar in a search result. Match the quantity, size, edition and included extras before deciding which is better value.

For a tint, save both the shade number and name. Older reviews, a Korean launch and a US listing can refer to different editions. Our rom&nd edition guide shows how much that naming detail can matter.

If your release is missing, compare another retailer serving your address. A forwarding service introduces an additional contract, shipping leg and return process; it is not the same purchase as direct delivery.

Save your shortlist before switching an account

The US membership and Global program are separate. Under the policy checked for this guide, switching to a US account cannot be reversed. Global coupons, wishlist items and bag items do not transfer. Eligible points, US shipping addresses and Global order history do.

The switch FAQ described a two-year extension for transferred points; use the expiry shown in your account. Before agreeing, save your wishlist elsewhere and review outstanding orders. Afterwards, rebuild the US basket and apply the benefits actually available there.

If an older order or transferred points look wrong, contact support with the relevant order and account details. Use the offers shown in your current account when planning your next order.

Keep online orders with the online return policy

The US online policy allowed returns within 30 days of delivery. Start a 1:1 inquiry promptly with your order number, reason and any damage photos. Get approval and confirm the shipping or arrival deadline before mailing the parcel. The policy did not separately say that opening an inquiry extends the deadline.

Return labels are not provided. Follow support’s address and instructions, and budget for customer-paid costs on a change-of-mind return. Those items must be unopened and unused. Online orders cannot be returned in store, and exchanges are unavailable.

The separate US store policy uses different language about gently used products. Keep that distinction in mind before testing an online purchase. A Korean store purchase likewise belongs with its own receipt and policy.
